Cabbage Roll

Ingredients
  

  • Filling (I'm using leftover dumpling filling from yesterday—check out the link below for the recipe! You can also adjust the flavor to your liking.) If you have a food processor, simply dump everything in and mix.
  • 1 Cabbage Peeled and washed
  • Salt

Equipment

  • 1 Pot
  • 1 Baking tray or glass tray

Method
 

Cooking:
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the cabbage leaves and cook for 2–3 minutes until they soften.
  3. Remove them from the water and let them cool.
Wrapping:
  1. Check the video for a step-by-step guide on wrapping. Once wrapped, place the cabbage rolls on a baking tray and cover with foil.
Baking:
  1. Bake at 360°F for 35 minutes.
