Soy sauce or Oyster sauce

You can buy pre-minced garlic, or you can chop it yourself.
Ground pork

Instructions
Preparation:
Add soy sauce to the ground pork and let it marinate
Wash the cabbage, sprinkle salt over it, and let it sit for 15 minutes to draw out excess water. Then, squeeze out the water.
Finely chop all the ingredients. (You can use a food processor for faster prep, but I prefer chopping by hand to avoid overly small pieces.)
Mix everything well.
Making Dumplings:
Wrap the filling in dumpling wrappers as desired.
Cooking Dumplings:
I like my dumplings crispy on each side, so I flip them three to four times.
With each flip, I add a little water to create steam and achieve a crispy texture.
